Pear's approach is to integrate clinically-validated software applications with previously approved pharmaceuticals and treatment paradigms. The result is a therapeutic that fits into the way care is already delivered: prescribed by a clinician, used by the patient between visits, and reimbursed alongside established treatment.

That integration is deliberate. Behavioral health conditions such as Substance Use Disorder are treated over months, not minutes, and most of that time happens outside the clinic. By delivering therapy digitally, Pear extends evidence-based treatment into the spaces where relapse risk and daily decisions actually live — while giving clinicians visibility into what happened between appointments.

Our lead product, reSET®, is an FDA-cleared 12-week prescription-only therapeutic for Substance Use Disorder, indicated as an adjunct to standard, outpatient treatment. Our pipeline extends the same platform to opioid use disorder, schizophrenia, combat PTSD, general anxiety disorder, pain, major depressive disorder, and insomnia.
